Better is One Day
We recently got X the Veggie Tales Worship CD, which is very Psalty-esque. It quickly became his favorite CD, knocking Red Baron out of the top spot. It contains many contemporary worship songs, which keeps Aaron and I entertained. X has come to love the song “Better is One Day.” I find him singing the song when we are playing together or even if he is coloring by himself. It just makes me so happy that he is learning at such a young age to worship God. It is amazing the love and faith that a child has, it really is inspiring.

Better Is One Day is one of his Papa Dave’s favorite songs also! It is so exciting to know that he asked Jesus in his heart and is singing praise songs to Him now. The faith of a child is so amazing! Can’t wait to hear him sing it and I know it is music to God’s ears also!

Amen to that! What a blessing it is to hear him sing but what I love is when he asks what does the words mean. He has another kids CD that has “Open the eyes to my heart Lord” which he has started asking about the words. What a blessing it is to see someone so young wanting to understand the things of God.
